  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp thyme

Instructions

  1. Remove beef roast from packaging and let come to room temperature. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Preheat the grill to high heat, around 450°F.
  3. Mix the dry spices in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Drizzle the entire roast with olive oil and rub the surface to ensure it is covered.
