In the U.S., 7 out of 10 adults own a barbeque grill, and 75% use them year-round. Americans are not the only eager grillers, as the market revenue for grills and roasters is increasing worldwide.
And why not? Even the mention of barbeque elicits a visceral reaction among meat lovers. The smells and the smokey haze precede the sweet and savory taste of well-cooked meat covered with sauce that is finger-licking good.
Those who love to barbeque are on the lookout for two types of information:
- Tips and tricks to make the process more efficient as they produce mouth-watering meat
- Barbeque recipes that bring out the best flavor or the meat
Our mission is to offer helpful information on both sides of this topic.
We will share ideas about how to prepare your grill, select the right charcoal, choose the right meat, cook your meat to perfection, and maintain your grill for years of outstanding service.
In addition, we will share the best recipes we’ve found for preparing meats and sauces that will send your guests back for more. Barbequing is a popular way to cook steak, burgers, pork, ribs, chicken, fish and seafood, and sausages of all kinds, and grillers love to find new ways to do so.
